Dividend Finance Adds New Executives to Support Long Term Growth

Dividend Finance announced today that it has added three new executives to the team, each with extensive knowledge and backgrounds in areas such as consumer finance, operations, and business development. Their experience and expertise is expected to play a pivotal role in the continual growth and success of Dividend Finance

Dave Sterlitz has joined the team as General Counsel. Dave has served in a number of senior legal and Compliance roles with some of the largest consumer lending institutions in the world. Prior to Dividend Finance, Dave was Associate General Counsel for BofI Federal Bank providing legal support to its internet banking and consumer lending operations. He’s served as in-house counsel at various financial institutions such as, HSBC, Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), and MUFG Union Bank, for the past 20-years and has an in-depth knowledge of consumer and commercial credit regulatory matters.

Kerry Baird has recently joined Dividend Finance as the new VP of Human Resources. Bringing over 15 years of experience to Dividend along with prior solar knowledge, Kerry has made a career of fostering corporate cultures that empower employees by encouraging innovation, collaboration, and professional development. Kerry joins the team from Indyme Solutions where she worked alongside management implementing new organizational strategies and initiatives geared towards the goal of operational excellence.

Tom Cavallo has recently joined Dividend Finance as the VP of Sales. Tom has an extensive background in business development and years of experience in sales, leadership, and cultivating customer relationships. Prior to Dividend, Tom co-founded PIRCH, a fixture and appliance retailer for kitchen, bath, and outdoor products. As the Vice President of Sales at PIRCH, Tom played an instrumental role in contributing to the company’s success in various aspects including sales, marketing, accounting, auditing and financial management while building vendor and client relationships.
