C- Introductions

Peter Grabell leads Dividend’s commercial and industrial sustainability finance division as Senior Vice President. He joined Dividend in August 2015, following a 30-year career in commercial real estate finance and investment. Clean energy, resiliency and sustainability were unknown to Peter at the time. He is thrilled that Dividend is helping counteract climate change and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by financing improvements that lower a property’s carbon footprint and energy expenses.

Outside of Dividend, Peter focuses his philanthropic efforts on at-risk children—fosters and adoptees. He has also served as Independent Director of one of the country’s largest private student lenders and servicers. He is an aspiring bass guitarist and an ever-improving Pickleball player. He regularly camps with his family throughout Southern California. Peter is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01874308).

Jacob Roth is Dividend’s C- Transactions Manager and is responsible for the primary underwriting and closing of Commercial transactions across the country. He has been with Dividend for three years, and in that time has learned to love the uniqueness of each deal and borrower. His favorite part of working on the commercial team is that he gets to work on a wide variety of projects, where no two are quite alike. Jacob has been the transaction manager for a diverse set of recently closed projects.

Outside of Dividend, Jacob is an avid scuba diver, and holds a PADI Divemaster certification which allows him to show new scuba divers the thrill of discovering the underwater world. He also enjoys hiking and camping on weekends and holds an EMT certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.

Ed Wlodarczyk is Vice President of Business Development for Dividend’s commercial real estate sustainability finance division. He recently joined Dividend with over 30 years of experience acquisitions, dispositions, finance and portfolio management. Ed is very excited and proud about his new role, where he will utilize his national relationships in capital markets and investment advisory to help enhance outdated commercial real estate stock.

Outside of Dividend, Ed enjoys traveling with his family to Mexico, The Caribbean and Europe. He is also active in local Southern California charities including the San Diego Food Bank and American Cancer Society. Ed loves to play golf and is an avid NFL and NBA fan.

Lucas Nagy is Vice President of Sustainable Infrastructure for Dividend’s commercial real estate sustainability finance division. Now with Dividend for almost two years, Lucas’ past experience has been in distributed solar development and commercial and residential real estate. Whether it’s C- for a water recycling project or project financing for residential geothermal grids, Lucas works with commercial property owners and developers to deliver optimal financing solutions.

Outside of Dividend, you can find Lucas surfing the lineups that grace the San Diego coast. He loves spending time with his family traveling to visit both the urban and wild splendors of the Western US. His philanthropic endeavors include decorating the Cardiff Kook and quietly supporting local charities focused on those in need.
