The new course was developed by Dividend Fleet Manager, Doug Soester, a NABCEP Certified PV Installation Professional who has trained thousands of solar professionals across the country over his career as a solar training leader.
“As the market for solar PV continues to expand, education and training efforts must grow as well. We are pleased to make this outstanding resource available for free and to help our industry partners enhance their knowledge and skillset,” said Chris Doyle, Chief Commercial Officer, Dividend. “Education and training are the first steps to successful customer outcomes and the foundation that will continue to grow solar with happy customers.”
Dividend launches its training platform the week of NABCEP’s annual training conference in Dallas, TX. Along with the training launch, several of Dividend senior staff are leading education sessions including NABCEP board members, Andrew Truitt and Kristen Nicole.
